We understand that plans can change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To avoid any charges, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a driver call-out fee, and same-day cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak school periods and busy seasons (May & June). However, we will always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.

School buses are designed with safety as a top priority. Their larger size and heavier construction make them more resilient in collisions compared to standard passenger vehicles.
